Traditional ginger beer is a pretty sweet, carbonated and (usually) non-alcoholic bev. It's typically made through the fermentation of ginger, yeast and sugar.

Of course, if you've popped into a bottle-o in the past coupl'a years, you'd have seen alcoholic ginger beers popping up all over the place. With a pretty decent uptick in popularity, non-alc and alcoholic gingers beers are sitting pretty on shelves everywhere these days.

But how do we get from a bunch of ingredients to a bangin' brew?

It all starts by brewing a pot of ginger, similar to how we'd brew a ginger tea.

You might not know this about us, but all of the ginger we use in our bevs is fresh from the ground here in Aus. Sometimes, the ginger is only out of the ground for just a few days before it finds itself inside Ginger Beer.

We then ferment this ginger "tea" to craft a strong, bold, full-bodied flavour that delivers a real hit of ginger.
